ANIMATED MUSIC VIDEO
Animated music video for Lonely Prince after the style of my 2022 short film Nightlife.
The video is set in a future dystopian city plagued by a mysterious illness - the protagonist investigates and hunts down the androids he believes are causing it.
With a predominantly black & white palette, the animation highlights the atmosphere, lights and rain of the urban setting, and the grim reality of a dystopian city. Inspirations include Blade Runner (1982) and film noir.
Storyboarded in Panelforge, animated in Toon Boom Harmony, and composited in Da Vinci Resolve.
